They guy might be telling the truth, however, I doubt it. I like a woman to be independent and have their on life. Being waited on 24/7 sounds fantasmic, but in reality, I would get bored quite fast. I would suggest your friend get involved with something, anything, work part-time, volunteer at schools, just something. In a relationship like this it becomes a very one-sided conversation when asked "how was your day, honey?"

Men want women who have an independent side and don't spend all their lives just waiting on the man. The want someone with a life to share with the men-not someone whose life IS the man.
She needs to join a club or take a class to get her out of the house at least one night a week. It should make her more interesting to talk to and make him more interested period.

Yes I think that she has to keep her self busy, either go to school and learn something or get a job~ Or she can try to volunteer somewhere and the moment her husband see's that she is out there doing positive he will be happy to come home to a brighter women~

i think that she should just tell him that she misses him and should see if he can put aside work for a short period of time to do something 4 her once in awhile... that should make her feel better... but i'm not quite sure about the whole 24/7 thing.....

My man absolutely loves that I am available for him 24/7. He says he feels spoiled and loves every minute of it. He comes home and is waited on hand & foot. He says he is one lucky guy !
All men will have their own opinion about what they like.

I think it's too bad that your exposure to men has been so negative. We're not all like that. Tell her to see a professional counselor who's trained to help her deal with her issues.
