cardiac isn't even close, damage to the heart muscle impairs it.
and Depending on age, the skeletal structure can be set as a negative in regenerating or should I say mend quick. yet it does still mend none the less. now as far as smooth, anything that never have had a problem {free from defect} don't count. so your answer is [SKELETAL] why? hair.skin.nails. get my drift?....
....(Growth)

WOuldn't logic show cardiac? I meen it works constantly without stopping. If one were to keep moving a smooth muscle like that it would cause massive injury, andskeletal were to be worked like that it would do the same.

That tells me the cells are able toregenerate wuick enough for the muscle recover quickly from the damage of strenuous or repetative work.
