Using the time and distance from the previous answer the person's speed calculates out to be 23.06 miles per hour.

Asafa Powell of Jamaica ran 100 meters in 9.77 seconds a speed of over 22 miles per hour. However, that is from a standing start. During the run he would have been going almost 30 miles per hour.
