Lisa Gerrard is amazing. She sings but doesn't use any known language in many of her songs, she just makes up sounds to create emotion. Hanz Zimmer uses her alot in films he scores such as Gladiator. Her sound is very different from Billy Holiday ,who is wonderful, Gerrard sings with so much emotion it's almost like she's in a trance.

I also like Billie Holiday. But I think Karen Carpenter had the best voice. I listen to he whenever I draw. (I'm a sketch artist). Her voice is so intense.

Christina Aguilera-I'll be honest, love her voice, but she doesn't have the best personality.
Celine Dion- Amazing vocals
Whitney Houston- Use to at least, now she just looks like her husband Bobby Brown.
There are some Angelic voices I've heard, but you wouldn't know who they are, because they are common people, but maybe one day.

Allison Krauss has a very sweet pure voice. I also like Lisa Loeb.
Oh I agree with "celebrity" about Sarah Brightman!!!

For singing I'll say Darren Hayes. I love the way he ooh's and ahh's incredibly yummy.
Voice in general speaking would be a certain no named face. This Australian guy that I met at cricket in the Caribbean in 2003. I dunno what it was about his voice because I've heard Australian accents before but his voice was like DANG really orgasmic and should have been illegal. Really incredibly beautiful.
