hey, i hope i have ur attention. I am 14 years old, and I am planning to ask my parents for a cellphone. I have use for it, but I want to know which cellphone to get. I want a cellphone that looks good, and preferably a flip phone, but it could just have basic features(txt messageing, calling, maybe mp3) and it should be cheap(hopefully, max. i wanna spend is a lil over $50) and it cud be prepaid or it cud be on a plan.

$50? Honestly I don't think you're going to find much for that. A plan is between $39-$59 itself. The cheapest "stylish" phone I've seen was about $70.
