Well you have the death sentence in the US don't you? If he's sentenced he'll be put to death. Don't expect his followers to take it lying down as Saddam's "goodbye" letter has already been released and it calls for more retaliation of course.
When the court rules they have 30 days to execute is what I heard....and I think they've ruled haven't they?
His death isn't going to really mean anything one way or another...it will just spark more anger and more killing.
