well i understand they go away on their own eventually, but mine just wont go

These can be really painful. I recommend taking a fiber supplement such as metamucil and eating lots of fuits, and soft foods to soften your stool as you heal. If you dont do this, everytime you have a bowel movement hard feces will upset the fisure site and make you bleed, and so it will take longer to heal. If the fissure is external, do not use toilet paper, wash instead, this is to prevent further trauma. If you dont bleed in 3-4 weeks, it should heal by then.

Do you know what an anal fissure is???? i dont understand what you mean by it wont shift. Anal fissure is a tear, so how do you want it to shift?

You need to let it air out so it can heal. Lie on a bed with your legs spread apart. It would help if someone would fan it lightly.
