How about trying something natural from the health food store - maybe some coconut oil and tea tree oil. Some are supposed to be really good. I have seen "growths" start to fall off someone's arms within hours of applying unrefined coconut oil and completely disappear within a few days. Any chance it could have something to do with diet? Do you eat well - fruits, vegetables, etc.? Do you avoid sodas, candy, junk food?

Drink more , eat less oily foods, try Accutane, maybe try Retin-A. I have known someone to use that and it worked.
But I really think if you watch what you eat a bit your skin will look better. I know that I go on drinking cokes and eating candy binges and then i start breaking out a bit. but when i drink sodas in moderation and all the other unhealthy foods in moderation, my skin stays clear.

try accutane if it is that bad. I took accutane years ago, and it worked wonders, but now my skin just started to get super oily. I use Clinique bar soap...they strongest kind they make! Along with their gel moisturizer, that is what I have found works best. I don't use toners, astringents, etc...as they tend to make me break out and more oily. Also, if you are wearing makeup, you might want to consider switching to bare minerals.
