I had my first husband's papers delivered to his job and was told I had an option of where to deliver. So, I would say yes but you need to insure that he actually gets them.

Wherever your husband is served, there is a Proof of Service sheet that must be filled out. It prevents the recipient from saying he wasn't served. However, for you to knowingly serve your husband at an incorrect address is something the judge will take very seriously and your service, good and paid for though it might have been, will have been worthless.

They must be delivered to his known address if any and if there is no reply then after so many months the attorney can get you the divorce without him signing anything.

Now, if your still looking for a good Man I might know of one to meet your needs...I bet your as juicy as a fresh water clam.

That's not a great idea, if he doesn't recieve the papers in time to counter claim you could unfairly win a default divorce then he would have to sue you in court for being decietful.

If his address is unknown, have them delivered to his job if he has one. If not, he can figure out a way to get the papers.

You can but wont do you any good. The papers have to be served directly to him and if hes not there, no good. Although his parents could tell you where hes at though
