Ciara is a Celtic name pronounced "KEER-a," or sometimes "KEE-a-ra."

While I don't care for the name Sierra/Cierra, I prefer the spelling Sierra, because I believe it is most common and least likely to get misspelled.

I've always planned to have a daughter named Sierra.

Cierra could be pronounced the same way, but it might confuse people who've never seen/heard it before.
