Business Hours In A Year

2080 minus 40 for every week of vacation, minus 8 for each holiday the company observes minus 8 times each day of "sick days"

So, assuming an average of 2.5 weeks vacation (60 hours), 10 paid holidays (80), and 5 sick days (40) = 180 hours

There are 1900 business hours in a work year.

Not sure wha you'r asking but I'd figure your typical full-time employee works 40 hrs/wk and works 52 wks/yr. Multiply that to get your answer.......... 2080
