How do I access Internet on Blackberry 8100 (Cingular)?

I cannot find a browser icon on the applications menu. I have a data plan and am trying to download Google Maps.

With the data plan a icon should have been downloaded to the unit. Try taking the battery out and let the unit reboot.
If that does not work call customer service. 1-800-331-0500

you will need your blackberry provisioned for the two blackberry information superhighway provider, or widespread wap surfing provider. the service will deliver provider books on your blackberry (BIBS). call your service.
