Im saying he is not in the Hall of Fame where Kareem Magic and othersb appear.I think is because since he was too good producer dont know how much he plays.

Your question makes no sense! If I remember right though, there was an NBA LIve (EA) game that featured Jordan if you unlocked him... took me a year and a half to do it, playing everyday about 3 hours. That was back in like 2000 though.
Any player has the right to not be in a game if they don't want to be. MJ is done with basketball, he is on to different things now. If he doesn't want to be featured as a great player in the video games we all love, there is not reason for him to be in it.
