It's definitely "Save Yourself" by Stabbing Westward. It's on their album Darkest Days. They're actually a pretty good band, they also had that song called "What Do I Have to Do?"(on their first album) that was really good too. Their songs pop up in movies all the time, and if you're into anime at all, "Save Yourself" is in the movie Tekken: The Motion Picture.

It's "Save Yourself" by a band called Stabbing Westward.
It was fairly easy to find, actually; Just shorten your search a bit and change 'can not' to 'cannot'.
