I'm so sorry to hear of your loss (especially this time of year). I have a couple of songs I would like played when my time comes I hope they can help ease the pain and help you grieve less. The first one is "My Sweet Lord" By George Harrison (of the Beetles). This one is non-denominational. He mentions several different religions...but one God. Another one I remember is called "Goin On Up To The Spirit In The Sky" by Norman Greenbaum. I know that there are many sights where you can hear these songs on the net. a great song is "keep me in your heart for a while" by warren zevon. he wrote it when he got sick and knew his end was near.
it's very touching but not mushy. check it out.
also how about greenday's time of your life?
