can a mother who , for the last 7 years never told the father they have a child together, , after the dna test go back for 7 years and collect back pay

legally yes. morally/ethically no. why after all this time of depriving him of being a father would you want his money? while he can pay you back the support,you took something that no court or person can give back.

Not sure she can go back. She can collect from the date of the order. I'm not familiar with Ohio so you really need to check on the laws there. A good place to start is alllaw.com. As always, seek the advice of a licensed attorney.
