I have a cingular phone. I was curious if I could call somone hwo has a cingular phone but a go phone for free.

It depends on the type of plan you get. If you have the call any cingular phone for free, you can. For example you could call ANY cingular customer for free as long as you have that plan activated on your Go-Phone. (Go-Phones are different than regular ones, because of the "prepay" function.) Also, with the plan enabled you can call any Cingular customer for free, not just Go-Phone carriers.

it depends on the plan. most of the cingular plans have unlimited mobile to mobile calling on their network, in which case, yes, you could call them for free.
