John D's answer was close, but not quite.
1) Ignition off
2) Hold trip odometer reset button
3) Start ignition (still holding odometer reset button)
4) Matainance light flashes, stays lit, then extinguishes
5) Turn off ignition (while still holding odometer reset button)
6) Release odometer reset button

Thanks for the hints!

find the odometer reset button. With the key off hold the button down. Turn the key on while still holding down the button. When you turn the key on the maint light will light up and then go out and light up again. It will stay lit up for about 10 seconds and then go out. After it goes out the light is reset. and that is it

On my prior car, a '97 Prelude, and the fiancee's current car, a '99 Civic, there is a small slot near the odometer with a button inside of it. You can take your car key and stick it in the slot and push down on the button to reset the service light.

I'd imagine an Accord would be the same way but I don't have any personal experience with that particular car.

I wish I could remember the exact way ,its been awhile...
Maybe you can try and figure it out...

I hope it helps...

Turn the car on and turn it off..put the car in "N"while pressing the brake: then turn the key
forward to position II ( I Think) and press and hold the mileage button for 30 seconds (still not sure on this part)...If I keep holding down button while again turning the car on..

Good Luck!
