A man went to prison for rape. After a few years DNA evidence became more widely used in the courts and he was determined NOT to be the assailant. He did however have to do 2 more years for breaking out of the penn while he was in on the rape charge.

If it's a true story then it's a sad statement on the justice system in America. I doesn't matter if he tried to break out, he was an innocent men and innocent men cannot break out of a place they shouldn't have been in the first place. Besides, if he had been there for a few years, it should have more than covered the attempted prison break charge. I smell a lawsuit and I don't blame him one bit!
