Tell her the truth immediatly and admit you made a huge mistake. Tell her the reason you lied. My guess is that you probably didn't want her to be turned away by your age when you said you were 23, and never thought that your feelings would coelesce into those of love.
Then mention that since your feelings for her have grown, you've hit a point where you couldn't bear to be decieve her anymore. The last part is important, because it let's her know your feelings about being deceitful, and it provides the foundation for re-building trust.
Whatever you do, don't lie about anything. If what I suggested doesn't fit the truth, then try something along those lines. There's no guarantee of success.

Be honest honey, relationships that are based or built on lies dont last, you have a chance to come clean, so just do it, maybe you could make a joke out of it somehow, like making a birthday cake and putting 19 on it, or give her other subtle clues and let her figure it out, if you guys genuinly like each other than a few years shouldnt break that up.....so you cant go to a bar together big whoop, there are other things you can enjoy togethr!
LEAVE YOU R LICENSE OUT ON THE TABLE

When my husband and I met, he was 32 and I was 36. I didn't find out until several weeks after our first date. It bothered me at first but, not now. We have been married for 29 years. He tells me that I look good all of the time. Maybe because I am married to a "younger man" I tend to keep myself up better than I would if he was the older one.

you have lied and that is a cardinal sin in a relationship.
how can she know that everything else is true if you lied about that. You have to sit her down and tell her. This just shows your immaturity. This whole situation is related to your immaturity.
But the sooner you tell the truth the better life will be.
If you lose her, you have learned a good lesson. telling a lie to get a girl only works in the movies. not in real life.

Dude...you should have been honest. I guess that advice is old news. The best you can do now is just tell her and hope she doesn't go ballistic. The longer you keep it a secret, the worse it will be when she finds out. And she WILL find out. It's just a matter of time. Better it come from you.

As with all things, be truthful. You could deliver your truth a little sweeter, you might say, I have something to tell you and its important that you understand.
When we first met I told you I was 23, in my effort to try to impress and get a chance with you and now, in my effort to try to keep you forever in my life, I must tell you my true age and pray it doesn't affect your love for me.
I want to grow as a couple and don't want anything in our relationship other than healthy communication and that begins with truth.

you should have never lied to her in the first place, the age differ is not that bad, I am sure she wont mind a younger man. So, just tell her. If she loves you then you have nothing to worry about.

Your age shouldn't matter as you are an adult at either age. If she really cares about you, it will not and should not matter. Get it over with and tell her tonight. Just tell the truth.

Why did you lie to her in the first place? You have to come clean and hope she'll forgive you. Just be prepared that she may start questioning everything you've told her up to this point.
