kind of a strange questions. Well if I have to go, I have held it for 6 hours but boy did I have to go when I did go. Umm, the other I think I have gone 4 days.

I would say an hour is the longest i can hold it.
The longest I've ever gone witout peeing was a day

I think the longest would of been 8 hours but holding for a long time isnt good for you and it dont feel good after a certain point (very unhealthy)

this is just an odd question. It's not good for you to hold your urine. For a man it could cause more problems as far as arousal and things like that in the future

I did not time myself, one thing I know though and that is, that holding your pee damages your kidneys.
