Hello =)

It is a silly way to say "hypnotism".....

It works for about 10% of the people who try it......

If it's not very expensive, give it a try....

Namaste, and Happy New Year!!!

like shock therapy: only it's verbal, if u talk long enough it will become a habit and the habit is what their trying to implant, if u want help ur going to have it their way, at their place, and did u see the signs no smoking in here or there or anywhere, soon your back to square one and they try to re-enforce your square one to accommodate a newer Way out of your old habit, we negotiate for everything in life, their just slicing it up so u think it is the expert from afar or something, to get u to bite on it

there's one way to stop smoking, just drop it! forget it.
another way which is very powerful is to use affirmations; simply repeat as often as you can:
I am willing to release the need for cigarettes

NLp is a very good science, but I haven't heard it helps with smoking but I donot know that much about it. there's lots of free websites to give you an idea, just type NLP techniques in google.

My less than completely informed answer is that this is akin to hypnotism; which is itself controversial. I also think it's related to those "subliminal messages" tapes that supposedly instruct us in foreign languages while we sleep and such. I believe that research has shown that a person must be consciously aware and decide to stop a behavior .... any real experts out there?

Foget N.L.P. a waste of time and your money. There`s only one thing that can stop you smoking, and that`s "you"
No matter what form of help/therapies you seek or try, it has to be a very concious choice and decision that "you" really want to give up !
