i am thinking of getting photo frames for some friends who came to singapore as they have beautiful designs of "things" unique only to singapore. but come to think of it, are photoframes really useful to them? as in would they need it?
anyone agrees that photoframes are useful and functional? if so, why? :S thanks =)

yep photoframes would be useful to the tourists esp they have the unique designs of singapore! they could put in the photos they took in singapore into that frame. it would definitely look nice! ;D (so photoframes functions as decoration in the house ^_^) and is useful since the tourists could make use of it and display it at home =D

honestly, i think photoframes are completely useless. if you want to get them a 'thing' to remember singapore by, it inevitably ends up taking up space in their possibly already cluttered house/over-stuffed luggage!
but, if the photoframe is decent looking, and if you put a nice photo of you and your tourist friends while in Singapore, i think it would be a very nice gift. the photoframe then isnt just another item, but it holds wonderful (i hope!) memories that you shared together.

They would probably love them for all the right reasons, matching the photo to the frame, etc. They will enjoy them more if you ship them home for them. They would be a pain to carry home in luggage.

Of course it's useful, even if they don't take pictures at all, they can still put yours in it for souvenir =)
But seriously, Useful or not to them, only they'll know. Just do as your heart tells you... It's the thoughts that counts.

My daughter and I really like frames and usually pick one up when we travel somewhere. They are unique and practical if you like to take and display pictures.

huh...of course they would be useful and thoughtful gift. if they are visiting singapore i'm sure they are taking lots of pics...so what better gift then a frame to put their pics of their visit in it.
