You should stop the affair. If you are married, you are off limits to others. At least have the balls to get a divorce or separation before jumping in th back seat or bedroom with someone other than your spouse. I have no respect for those who cheat, sorry.

You should either get a divorce or dump the single man. You aren't being fair to either man. Decide what you want to do and do asap before someone gets hurt. There's no need to stay in a relationship you do not want to be in.

Come out of the closet. You will feel better. Come clean with it all. It will be painful, but down the road you will be healthier emotionally. Stop the affair, admit to your wife that you are gay.
You know what you should do! What will push you to do it?
