The Treaty of Paris resolved the Seven Years War (also known as the French and Indian War). England was essentially the big winner following the Treaty of Paris; they gained the most territory. A lot of the territory gained by England was from France, who basically lost its foothold in the Americas (except a couple Caribbean Island colonies that were largely insignificant). Spain gained Cuba, and Florida from England, but their holding in Florida was short-lived because England retook it shortly thereafter.

Hope that helps!
