None. Since all energy sources have pros and cons, and more technical options are becoming available, we are evolving towards a more diversified energy system. Where this system in the past primarily relied on 6 sources (coal, oil, gas, nuclear, hydropower, biomass), we're now adding wind, solar, wave power, ... In addition, conventional sources such as coal, for example, are offering new options, such as Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC), Carbon Capture & Storage, ...
