What are some ways to correct flat nipples?

"Fix?" That makes it sound like they're somehow broken.
It is true that most women's nipples stick out to some degree, but flat or even inverted nipples aren't that uncommon. They aren't really a problem until you try to breastfeed, and even then there are techniques that the lactation nurse can show you to improve your chances.
There are devices called nipple shields or nipple shells that you wear over the areola that can push the nipple out over time. If you're still intent on "fixing" your nipples, I'd start there (check out: http://www.mybirthcare.com/nippleshield.asp ), although those are really designed for nursing moms.
If that doesn't get you the results you're looking for, there is always the surgical option (check out http://www.plasticsurgery4u.com/inverted_nipple/invertedflatnippleweb.htm). Just be aware that the surgery is not without risk. I have known women who couldn't breastfeed after the surgery (the lactiferous ducts are often damaged during the procedure) and one woman who lost feeling in her nipples because of surgery. It is not something to enter into lightly.
If you were my patient, I'd explore why you want to change your nipples instead of being content with the way God made you :^)

Flat nipples are not necessarily a health problem. They will change as you grow older. I would check with your doctor, but for the most part nothing to "fix"

I'm a nurse. Only surgery will correct it. Now clinics have payment plans, check it out. But make sure you get the best deal like you would anything Else. Good luck.
