Instead of just showering nude, they shower in their underwear? Why are people so bashful?

Maybe he forgot to take off his underwear. One time, I forgot to take off my socks before I got in the shower.

Maybe they are the polite ones. Guess they are concerned about perverts staring at them in the showers. Everyone is different. So, why are there only private stalls in women's restrooms.....Why are women so shy and men are expected to urinate in front of everyone?

prolly afraid, or to childish ,I donno
at motorcycle rallies guys shower it a big stall thing,it is no biggie there( no pun intended)
maybe they are afraid they will get excited
