Deion Sanders was an NFL star and an average MLB player. He did some amazing things, including playing in a baseball game and a football game on the same day.
Tracy McGrady is apparently quite the baseball player. In fact, he is thinking of going MLB after he retires from basketball as a pitcher. He is a huge Yankees and Astros fan, but it would be awesome to see him as an Astro since Houston is his new hometown.

Tony Romo (NFL QB) - Finished in 2nd place in Mr. Basketball for his state in High School.
Julius Peppers (NFL DE) - Played for UNC Basketball team.
Lebron James - Played football in highschool.
Jordan - played football in highschool, and minor league baseball.
David Noel - Former UNC player was offered scholarships coming out of highschool for being a Wide Reciever in Football.

sherron collins who goes to kansas used to be a star on his football and baseball teams in high school.
nba- lebron played high school football, mj was in the minor leagues in baseball to name a few.
