a lot of bands are emo, and just because of some of the things they say in there song, makes poeple think that emos are suicidle,i think thats stupid, and just because of that no1 can accept me for who i am, and all they look at is what i look like, so they judge me before they even get to know me. i would admit, sometimes i think about suicide, and have even tryed killing myself, but its no far that people cant accept me just because of that, help me out with this, we dont chose to have these feelings, so am i right?

I never judge anyone by their appearance. You just can't tell what kind of person someone is just by looking at them. Some advice for you don't ever think of killing yourself just because people are ignorant to your life style. Stand tough for what you believe in and don't worry about other people. If you have suicidal feelings please go and see a professional to help you, I am sure many would miss you in this world. Everyone is special in their own way.

There really aren't a lot of true main stream emo bands, but the current bands that play the emo card are just out making money. Everyone gets judge, its not just you. A lot of how people see you is how you present yourself, either you have to love yourself enough not to give a rip what they think , or conform... you're not going to change there minds by being an angry person.
I am so damn emo... but I am cool with that!

Emo little ones use a lot of eyeliner on the bottom of their eyes. So in case you do not favor to seem emo, basically positioned eyeliner on your eyelid. It seems cool and stylish. Then use some mascara to darken the right and intensify the bottom. you may purchase an excellent, low-cost eyeliner at any drug shop like CVS. they carry about all manufacturers. i'd recommend Neutrogena.

well i think the whole cutting thing is totally stupid...im kinda emo...i guess im sub emo working my wya to meo but as far as cutting it has nothing to do with emo i notice a lot of people cut themselves get over it then turn emo. generally cutting is a cry for atention...not alwayz i used to cut two i wasnt anti emo then...they have nuthin to do with each other

you r right. im a goth and people look at me in a strange way and judge me too. there is nothing wrong with being emo. people need to stop judging everyone who looks different.

Nobody choses their feelings, they can chose how to react to them though.
EMO I find it lacks sincerity. I prefer ELMO at least he's sincere.
