2. I try and think of the positive things in life. When ever I have a negative thought or start feeling stressed, I remember what I do like about my life and focus on that.

Well currently i am on holidays so my stress is probably only a 2 or 3. But when I am at work it's more like a 6 or 7. I need to learn to deal with my stress a bit better though.

I think that I am rarely more than a 5. Maybe I walk around at 3.5. Once in a while, with good reason, I might get up to 7 or 8 or maybe even higher. I think this is pretty good. I attribute this to my belief that I have learned to not get upset about minor things, but especially not to get stressed or upset about things that I have little or no control over.

At home----probably a 3 with ten being high.

At home I'm worried about my wife getting home safely, if the house is clean enough, etc.

At work-----probably a 7 with ten being high. Too much paperwork and not enough time to get production work done.

0..i know that's very strange but am a careless person (that's what mom calls me)which means if i have a problem with my study i would just ignore it and think like so what if i fail,and if i hurt someone in my family i just forget it
