Insurance because the law requires it. Next I would put in the best music system and speakers available.

A for sale sign, so I could get the cash.
Or, if it's a car I really love, I'd buy a stereo that plays mp3's, tint the windows, get a really good alarm system, and maybe an auto-starter. Add a child safety seat, and I'd be ready to roll!

I would probably sell the car for the cash because my car is in pretty good shape. No need to pimp my ride!

depends on what type of car it is. If it is better/nicer then my car then I would set my old car a fire so that way I can collect the insurance money and have some spending money to buy gas for my new car~

K&N cold air induction system, if it was a model I chose to keep,
High performance tires next, and then a performance chip.
Rather have a car that runs great and looks like crap than one that looks great but runs like crap.

Nothing. I'd probably SELL it, as they rarely give away desirable, quality autos in contests. They're usually some piece of crap that hasn't been selling very well.
