I ripped a dvd to my harddrive and it's in a folder with about ten different video files in it. It works fine on the computer, but, in case I want to play it on my video player, I think it would be more convenient if it were all in one file. Is there some freeware on the internet that will allow me to do this?

autogk can compress it to a single avi file down to about 700mb with good quality ... but u may need to rip the dvd with dvd decrypter because its particular on how the dvd is ripped .... all freeware

I take it you already broke the encryption?

clonedvd2 will compress to fit on one dvd.
