so far, i have checked under the dash fuses, under hood fuses, replaced the already working flasher with a new one.

my headlights work, and high beams, which are in the combination switch!

my emergency lights work too!

i used a probe to find out that there are two fuses that are still good (no broken filament) location= (under the dash), but not recieving any power (they probe green, but not red). They do this in the off, ign, and on position.

Strange, is it possible for a combination switch to work forwards and backwards for the headlights and high beams, but not the turn signals?

I have done everything i can think of, any help?

The headlight swich and the turn siganl switch are actually two separate switches that look like one big switch. So it is possible that one is working but t he other is bad. If you are not getting any current to the turn siganl fuse then is pretty likely t he switch is bad. Check to see if there is any current coming out and going into the turn siganl switch. well, first of all i would check for power at all of the locations you just mentioned. especially the switch, also have you tried replacint the bulbs yet. and i do believe in that particular vehicle there are headlight relays. if all of that checks out then i would get ready to start tracing wiring for a break, of start shelling out money to someone with experience to do it for you.

(the relays should be under the hood in the fuse panel)

I would take it to a mechanic to check it out.
