x23, it really does go both ways, I am a liberal and get reported all the time, I have even lost my e-mail because of it. It is mainly trolls that just want to cause trouble and not use this forum for what it is intended. I never report anything unless it is derogatory to race or uses to much foul language. If I don't like a question I give it a thumbs down and move on. That is what everybody should be doing. If you don't like a question don't answer it. It serves no purpose or does it do any good for anybody.

I observed Dan extremely talking approximately how information departments have been as quickly as impartial reporting shops that have been self sufficient of a television station's score branch. returned in the 80's the television stations began to handle their information departments like all different instruct. The thoughts have been difficulty to community approval and the information directors now no longer had independence. whilst this happenned, lots of the networks took on an entertainment element. So, as a replace of reporting the "information", the information departments all started reporting the "information" with a spin that could entertain the purpose audience. Newspapers used to limit critiques to the editorial internet site, yet now, the lead thoughts in lots of papers can mirror the prejudice of the reporter. This happenned on the two the liberal and conservative factors. because it somewhat is now, it somewhat is amazingly confusing to locate impartial information on television, and a brilliant form of human beings do no longer additionally be attentive to what it became desire to be sure information that became written with the purpose to "tell the commonplace public in an impartial way". Is there an overpowering liberal bias in the present media? in all threat, yet this is greater because of the reality that the present purpose (the president) is republican. for the time of the Clinton years, it became lots greater exciting to attack the Democrats, and so, the prejudice became lots greater conservative. this would not excuse the reality that the present administration is appearing some outrageous issues in the call of "risk-free practices" or that our civil rights are being taken away. yet, nonetheless, who's going to omit their civil rights? it somewhat is in contrast to they're taking money out of my pocket, precise? regardless of whilst you're a liberal or a conservative, you're able to agonize whilst your telephone could be tapped, your emails study, and your domicile searched with out the desire for basically reason. There are human beings in this us of a who've been imprisoned with out due technique and are being tried with out the main remarkable or habeas corpus. permit's give up calling one yet another names and understand that the rights that made us all human beings are slipping away precise till now our eyes.

I got reported about 15 times by conservatives until I started fighting back. So now they (you guys) report me for anything. No matter how basic/innocent my question.
In my case you guys started it, so I'm just playing by the same Yahoo rules. No doubt this answer will get flagged. And I'll fire back. Otherwise, I'll just go about my business.
It's getting out of control. I agree.

I don't know. What In do know is that I have had 12 violations today, and my question about Yahoo, was deleted 4min. @32 seconds after I posted it. By the way I am a LIBERAL. I think everyone needs to grow-up, and stop acting like 3 year olds, I will probably get a violation for this too, but what can I do, I am on Yahoos playground, remember?

I've never reported anyone. While leaning toward the liberal side of the spectrum, I like to think the answeres for most of our problems will come from the middle. Unlike most of the thoughts posted in here.

I can only answer for me. I report profanity, cloning, and racist comments. That's all.
It's a problem for some of us, too. The volume is too great for an editor, I suppose. I've had pretty innocuous stuff removed from this site for basically no reason and with no recourse.

The problem is this forum has been more right leaning, and with the elctions as such, the Left assumed as always, that EVERYONE is a liberal. As I said earlier they'll ruin it for the ones that come in here for education and fun, WHO wants to read a bunch of answers that read as a dictionary, this has been fun keep b*tching at yahoo maybe they will have to have someone to actually read what is being reported.

I was reported 3 times last night. I've never reported anyone. My philosophy is don't dish it out if you can't take it. Only the weak report people.

I am often perceived, inaccurately, as a liberal on YA, and have been reported numerous times simply because someone didn't like my answer. It happens from all quarters, not just the liberal side.
