Can my 2Gb iPod Nano play games that i've downloaded from iTunes?

I downloaded Tetris and the troubleshooting guide said it would automatically download as soon as i purchased it, but its not on there. Is something wrong or can i not download games on this iPod?

Games can only be played on ipods capable of playing video. Therefore. . .sorry no nano

It could but not games like the PS3 and those other consoles
