Usually in the 4th week. If you are taking 21s it should come any time after the 21st pill. If you take the 28s it should come in the week when you take the last set of inert/flat/inactive pills

The pills that you take during your period contain no hormones. This allows you to have your cycle. The hormones in the pills before that should make your body prepare for your period. Read the instructions on your next pack, you may skip this period. Call your doctor if there is any chance you need a pregnancy test as it is very important that you take your pills at the same time everyday and that you do not skip any pills.

Well I think it depends on when you start it. I know you can either start it on a Sunday or on the first day of your period. I started on the first day of my period, and I normally start somewhere in the last week of pills. Even though they help regulate, they are not exact, so the days may change. Just don't stress or it'll come later than you expect =]
