No. Black nail polish is okay, as long as you don't wear it so long that your nails get all yellow from lack of sun.
Not rock or country. Those can be fun. Rap, yes. Because they have the same meaning, use the same curse words, and are extremely materialistic and violent in their lyrics.
No. She likes wrestling, let her watch wrestling. Juliet Butler springs to mind, and I like her.
Yes. By God, yes. That is extremely wrong. There's always something better to do, like... I don't know... break a leg or have an appendectomy.

Nailpolish - no who cares about the color as long as you like it.
Listen to rock/country/rap - it just shows you like a variety of music.
Wrestling for a girl - nothing bad about it you get to see some hotties almost naked.
Simple life - if that's what you like to see then watch it.
