because u didn't learn from them.... duh!
you only learn when u try and if u try not to make the same mistake again then u wont. but learning from mistakes don't make u a genius unless u are incredibly smart.

Mistakes don't automatically come with learning. You have to realize where you went wrong, and do better next time.

to become genuis you have learned from your mistakes, but you learned so much you know how not to make any mistakes, therefore you become genuis. I guess
