because u didn't learn from them.... duh!
you only learn when u try and if u try not to make the same mistake again then u wont. but learning from mistakes don't make u a genius unless u are incredibly smart.

Mistakes don't automatically come with learning. You have to realize where you went wrong, and do better next time.
