IT recruiters mostly look for people who know the subject or language but dont know anything else. The best thing to show at the interview is how much you are disinterested in answering the questions dealing with law and career subjects dealing with it. Simply good is to say that you are interested in the IT languages and like to spend time playing with it. Thats why you want to change to an exciting IT career to use your interests to become a leading Programmer.

But at the same time a good teamplay and leadership attitude will help a lot.

When you jump to IT industry, always keep other options open and without showing it out unnecessarily. Cause it is not the best place to all. Just because of the easy money.

Hi, Sameer. It's not crime on your part if you decide to change the career option. You are the monarch and architect of your destiny. Only thing that needs your sincerity and hardwork in the field that you have decided to opt anew. Some of my law graduate-friends have outshone in the field of IT. When the field of judiciary is embracing the information technology, your entry into the field would be an asset to the former. Go and reap the benefits while the sun shines. Good luck!

Take only one domain and continue on that, if you got anything..don't think it small..coz to reach the top, u have to keep your foot on stairs one by one, so firstly put your feet on first stair than after 1 year exp. try in Hub on IT in India, i.e, Bangalore..u will definately find some good opportuniy.
