Hi .. he was right about Photoshop .. but not illustrator .. Photoshop is for photo editing .. illustrator is for logo designing and illustrating .. anyways .. if u dont have photoshop .. u can get one here .. trial version ..

I'd suggest either Adobe PhotoShop or Illustrator, they seem to do the best, professional looking job for photo changes. Also, they're pretty easy to use.
