Im 17 years old & the only child. My parents are extremely over protective. I have a neighbor which i dont talk much 2 that they hate because of his past and they assume that hes trying to get at me because of rumors people have told them so now everything he does somehow has to do with me and as for me i cant do anything go anywhere or even talk on the phone as i use to ive told them to stop that im not 5 years old but they dont understand. they are always thinking the worst of me when all im realy doing is studying and working and to top it off get good grades. I really cant stand it anymore i cant express what i feel i cant do anything...HELP ME....

Tell your parents you feel like you're being punished for this guys actions. If they don't trust him, they should get a restraining order, and if they don't trust you, they need to tell you why.

Just concentrate on what you want to get done in your life. Your parents won't have dominion forever, much as they hate it. Just go day to day, and realize that some people have waaaaaay bigger problems with their parents.
