Im a NEW YORK FOOTBALL GIANTS fan of 30 years, dude. (and im only 34).
And it pains me to say it, but they dont deserve it.
I'd love to see it happen, but theyll get crushed in the playoffs. And they seem like a team that has no heart. No one EVER comes to play. They sit there and lament.

They dont deserve the playoffs. A talented team like that, and no heart. I f*cking HATE it.
Shockey has heart, but is out of control.
Eli is my man, but shows no emotion. He doesnt celebrate much, and is seen exhibiting more frustration than anything (thanks in part to the media HACKS).
Tiki caused too much emotional strife with his retirement talk.
Strahan went off on the media with the Plaxico "call out".

And Coughlin? You ask me, he STARTED it all.
The man LOVES the blame game. Its not his sh*t play-calling, its the players not executing.

*sigh*...See? Now you got me alllll upset, man.... j/k

They will probably blow it, but it could happen.

Since Im a Die Hard Bears fan, I sure hope so. With Philidelphia being the miracle story of the late part of the season, that really leaves only 1 team for the Wild Card spot (Since Dallas and Philly are both 9-6, one will either take the division or the top Wild Card spot, leaving no chance for hopefuls). Its do or die.

The Giants are a way better team than the Packers, but they havent been playing like it. The Packers are just playing for Brett Favre because they dont want him to leave. Even though Im not a Giants fan, I hate the Packers with a passion, so I'll be rooting for the Giants. Still though, the Packers play the Bears, and the Giants play the Redskins. While it may look like the Packers are as good as done, and the Giants are as good as in, if you look a little closer, it gets interesting. The Bears are the best team in the NFC, a favorite to go to the Super Bowl, and have clinched everything possible for the Playoffs. Theyre not playing for anything (as shown against the Lions and Bucs). Their vaunted Defense is in trouble with many injuries, and they are just plain tired. Their offense is looking more and more like the offense of the first half of the season though. This Bears/Packers game is one where you can throw out the Records, as its the biggest rivalry in all of Football, so the Packers have a shot. Still though, the Bears are in a different league, and will probably pull out a win, just dont count the Packers dead.

Washington, on the other hand, isnt as bad as their record would have you believe. They beat the Saints and held the Saints #1 offense to 10 points, and are better than you think. After all, they did make the playoffs last year and are playing as spoilers this season. Theyre also division rivals to the Giants so they do have a shot. Giants need to watch out and not take the Redskins too easily.

Bottom Line: You cant tell who'll make it right now, but from the looks of it, I'd say Giants have the better shot. They have the better chances, where they just have to win since they have clinch strength over the Packers. The Packers have to win and have pretty much everyone else lose. Even so, whoever makes it doesnt have a great path ahead of them in the playoffs. Theyre both poor teams, and are nowhere close to as good as DA BEARS.

Rams have the better shot. They play Vikings which is not playing that well. Giants are playing Redskins which of late has showed some promise (I hate them both Im a Cowboys fan). Packers have it tough facing the Bears. Falcons and Panthers dont have easy games against Eagles (another team I hate) and Saints respectively. It would be interesting for statistics sake that all teams lose and there will be a 7-9 team (most probably the Giants) which will make the cut.

I wish I could say yes, but the way they have played these past 5 weeks, I'd have to give it to the Packers
