i clone my desktop onto my tv and i was just curious if my video performance is split because i do this or if it doesn't really make a difference.

Working with a slow computer can be time consuming as programs/ applications take a long time to start. This problem is more pronounced in computers which have been used for 6 or more months. More information at http://fixit.in/slowcomputer.html

that's a enormously relative question for my section. so a great way as gaming, sure that's your killer. so a great way as be conscious / record processing, it wont sluggish that down. If via "computing device" you mean menu's and classes (different than gaming), your greatest subject there is RAM. the ECS Kt600 is a reliable board, i used to have one. Pairing that with 512 ram and a 64MB video is amazingly susceptible. =

Absolutely not.

Since the displays are CLONED the image data is processed ONLY ONCE by the graphics processor (not twice).

Yes it is idiot, everything has to be processed by the GPU and the Graphic memory, so if your video card is taking in all those commands and processes then it is gonna slow down everything else that asks for process time on the GPU..
