i wrote a poem in a amauter world of poetry contest in 1987. i received a certificate from the world of poetry in sacremento,ca. my poem was published in a anthology. i have researched but i can't seem to find it. any suggestions?

There is a website called poem hunter (poemhunter.com) I would look there and if they don't have it. Then I would try to contact the organization who gave you the certificate.

I'd recomend finding their website, but if it turns out to be the National Library of Poetry (poetry.com), I wouldn't bother finding the book, I don't think they exist. I wrote a poem in 2000 for a scholorship contest, while I didn't win the scholorship, they said they were going to publish my poem in a "coffee table style" book. They STILL have not published the book (now six years later) and I don't think they ever will, Mostly I think it's a scam.
