Depending on what's being done to keep you from copying the pictures, there are a couple of things you can do. If they are completely disabling your ability to right-click on the page, you need to turn off javascript after you visit the page (with IE) or if you have Firefox, you can disable someone else's ability to stop you from right-clicking while still having the rest of your javascript enabled.
IE:
Tools > Internet Options > Security tab
Scroll down to Scripting and check Disable.
Firefox:
Tools > Options > Content
Make sure the checkmark next to Javascript is checked and click on Advanced. Uncheck "Disable or Replace Context Menus".
If the image is being controlled in flash or is part of a div-content background image you may just need to hit the "Print Screen" button then open up paint and hit ctrl+v. Then crop down the page to the image that you want to save and save it.

If you view the source and find the location of the image you will be able to view the image in the browser directly without the page it is on. Then you will more than likely be able to download the image by right click or through some other means. You might not be able to do this either depends on how they call the image to the page. If it is encrypted or if the folder where the image is stored is protected this method won't work and you are stuck paying the 15 bucks.

Usually if you highlight the picture you want and hold down control key and hit the C key at the same time it will work. Also, sometimes it won't let you right click but you can highlight and go up to edit and use the copy option there.

I cannot find a solution for copying the pictures, i just thought you could try PtrSc button and then save it to a word document the whole page , but the resolution wouldn't be the best. Which site is that anyway?

try click the Edit button at the top of the browser page (upper left corner)
then click select all
then open MS Word and in that program - once you have a page set up to start in MS W (should have a white background)
right click on any part in there and click - paste
this should open the whole webpage in to this "new document" in MSW
next - edit that page til you have just the pic or pics that you want then click File - Save as
save the file to your hard drive
and if you want to edit and save pics individually
open this page you saved - then right click on each pic and click - save as -
and go through each pic to save each

you can try to highlight the picture and press ctrl + c to copy and ctrl + v to paste (if you're using windows, because on windows, ctrl + c means copy and ctrl + v means paste).
some websites that do not allow rightclicking can use some kind of rightclick blocker where sometimes if you press both buttons at the same time (left first, then right in quick succession), then the rightclick menu opens up.
hope this helps

right click on the picture, choose copy from the drop down menu
right click on your destination for the ppicture, choose paste from the drop down menu
IF it wont let you right click the picture, click and drag the picture (hold click) drag it to the address bar (place where you type www.yahoo.co.uk etc.)
a new page should load up with just that picture, copy that picture using the right click technique
hope it helps ;)

Are you working on a mac or pc?
If it's a mac, hold down shift, apple 4 and use your mouse to capture the image (it will create a gray box around what you are capturing
If you are on a pc, hit the screen shot button and scale it to size.
Hope this helps!
