I get the blue screen that doesn't let me go any further. So I went back to the dashboard but can't find a way to change the settings of the hd dvd add-on. What can I do?

Call 1800 4 my xbox and they will tell you what to do. I would say go to the dashboard but it looks like you have done that. Good luck!

Your parents blocked the channel. Ask them to unblock it or get the password.
