As far as the world is concerned I'm not sure. Many places are in total chaos and would definitely not be a great place to live. In the United States you have only a few options. Washington D.C. has a very high crime rate. The coastal states are subject to hurricanes. The mid south States are your tornado alley states. California has so much going on in that one state it's ridiculous. Arizona, New Mexico and Texas are very hot states. We all know what happened in Louisiana. It seems to me the best states to live in are Oklahoma, South Dakota and maybe Nebraska. Tennessee is not a bad place to live but it does get it's fair share of tornado's.

New Zealand. Its calm and relaxed. There is little crime, no pollution and a strong community spirit.
You have hot weather in some parts in the summer and snow i the winter for a traditional winter.
The country is beautiful and you can get away from the noise and stress of a big city. Imagine waking up every morning to a beautiful lake or lots of open land thats is truly wonderful.

Boston. A beautiful city rich with American history. Right on the ocean so seafood is always fresh and lobster is a staple. Home to the Patriots, Celtics, Red Sox, and Bruins....the best sports fans in the country. Plus, New England is beautiful in all four seasons.

It depends what you are looking for. If you are looking for a city, I would reccommend London. I lived there for a few months and it was excellent. I can't wait until I can move back.

If you are looking for a place in the US, you should look into Chicago.
