well when i play dvds in my pc the video quality is great but the sound is kinda funny, it sounds as if the dvd was strached but my dvds are fine.sound sorta like if the sound is skipping. can it be my sound card?help thanx

It could be that you have a crappy sound card. Get a Creative one, and there should be much better sound quality. Also, check if all your audio cables are plugged in tight.

You have low memory or you are running to many programs. Close a few programs before starting DVD player.

that actual is an odd one, the ps2 quantity may be highered or decreased interior the settings someplace, also verify the settings for dvd playback because it may be some thing incorrect in there!!

try cleaning ur dvd drive.. more than likely thats the problem...
