start with your feet. Are they pointing at the basket ?
Knees....Are they pointing at the basket ? Left foot a couple of inches forward of your right foot......
Shoulders .....Are they square to the basket ?
Elbow - Left pointing in the direction of the basket ?
Hand/wrist - ****** and laying back, index finger pointing away from basket ?
Eyes ......where are they looking ?

Move everything upward/toward the basket with a follow through that holds until the ball goes in the basket. Don't follow the ball with your eyes, this is a common mistake....keep your eyes on the basket until you see the ball come back in to view and go through the net.

Too many body parts going in the wrong direction is often a cause for errant shots. The harder you play the harder it is to get all your body parts in synch with the shot, but the harder you work at getting this done, the higher pctg you will shoot.
